Painting Process
This A2 sized custom painting of Guilin, China was such an amazing opportunity to work on. The client wanted to give this painting to their mother as a birthday gift.
Firstly, we discussed the idea for the painting. She really loved the sceneries of Guilin, China. I asked a few questions about her mother to get an idea of who she is, what she likes, the colours she’s drawn to, etc.
Then I created rough sketches from the inspiration and asked for feedback which I used to adjust the painting accordingly.
After the final sketch had been approved, I started the final painting. Then I framed and gift-wrapped the painting which the client also requested.
Wedding invitations
