Your Healing Journey Starts Here
Every painting is a life experience that teaches you how to heal and have more self-compassion
The Inner Voice
Maybe you know this feeling: that quiet inner voice whispering:
"What are you doing with your life?"
The sense that you're capable of more but along the way, you stopped believing you deserved it.
If that sounds familiar, I see you. It's 100% possible to find your way back to yourself.
I know you can because I lived it.
The Journey
I believe healing isn't a destination. It's a intentional practice.
Solitude teaches you so much about yourself. It teaches you that your dreams aren't too unrealistic to pursue. And that no matter how hopeless things feel right now, you're allowed to take up space and know that you're worthy of it.
I learned this the hard way. I dropped out of high school at 17 because of depression and spent almost a decade in and out of minimum-wage jobs, held back by panic attacks, perfectionism and self-sabotage.
After my biggest mental breakdown, I picked up watercolour painting. The plan wasn't to become an artist. I just needed an escape from my mental and emotional chaos.
I taught myself at 23, cried through most of my early paintings and kept going anyway.
Painting became more than just a coping mechanism. Slowly, it became therapy and proof I could rebuild my life even after the trauma and hopelessness.
In 2023, I left my day job for good and became a full-time artist, in hopes to share the important message about mental health, healing and self-compassion.
The Artwork
My art represents all of that.
Every piece is an extension of the same message that carried me through my own healing: to take care of your mind and heart.
Re-connect with who you were before the world told you who to be. Live mindfully and slowly.
Pursue what feels true to you. Know your worth and have self-compassion as you make progress.
The Philosophy
Whether you bring a piece of my art into your home or you spend time learning how to paint alongside me, my hope is simple:
that you leave feeling a little more connected to your calm and true self than when you arrived.
