Appreciate yourself 14 - Original artwork

“Appreciate yourself” is a collection about acknowledging all the progress you’ve already made and thanking yourself more often. 

So much of what we accomplish: the consistency, the overcoming, the days we show up even when getting out of bed feels impossible, it gets written off as luck or other people's support, when really, it was your own effort, energy, and motivation all along. 

I know this pattern so deeply. I've thanked the people who supported me on my healing journey while forgetting to thank the version of me who kept journaling, showing up, painting, crying choosing to try again, even on the hardest days. 

This collection is a gentle reminder that rest isn't laziness, productivity isn't the only proof of worth, and the small things you do every day are already evidence of how far you've come. 

You're allowed to rest without guilt, allowed to say "I did that" without it feeling selfish. This is a gentle reminder to give that same warmth you give so freely to others, back toward yourself.
