The winters can be hard on the mind and body with the limited sunlight and daylight we get. Some of us go into a seasonal depression, some of us slow down and don’t have the energy for anything else. One day in early spring, I forced myself to go out and watch the sunrise in the park. When the sunrays came out through the trees, it felt like a sign of hope and that it’s never too late to start again. The winter is the season to slow down, find clarity and recharge for the spring and summer.
