The caterpillar starts its journey on the ground, crawling slowly to its next leaf. Until one day, it goes through a big transformation and turns itself into a butterfly, flying with new wings. When you go through such a big transformation or when you decide to make a big change in your life, you come out a lighter version of yourself, someone who feels calmer, safer and more free.
