“Self-compassion” is a collection about having more patience and kindness towards yourself.

Have you ever spoken to yourself in a way you'd never speak to someone you love? For a long time, I understood that feeling deeply. I was my own worst enemy, quick to judge every mistake, convinced I deserved to be punished for not achieving anything or being productive.

If you've lived that way too, you already know that you’ll never be able to build a peaceful, meaningful life with that mindset. Through art, I slowly learned to process those emotions and stumbled onto something that felt entirely foreign at first: self-compassion, the practice of offering yourself the same kindness you'd give a sister or a friend.

This collection is an invitation to do the same: to become your own best friend, say kinder things to yourself and be more patient with your growth.
