Inspiration behind Sunrise hike:

Travelling to me has always been about self-discovery and doing things outside of my comfort zone. It’s never just sitting on the beach, eating pizza or reading a book (but rest is also important so no judgement there). My day usually starts with an early morning with a filling breakfast and a journaling session about what I’ve learned about myself. Then the hike starts. The goal isn’t to complete the hike. It’s about experiencing the uncomfortable silence and listening to your own thoughts and emotions without any distractions, music, technology or people’s opinions. This is harder than it sounds. The goal is to experience a deeper presence with yourself and your surroundings.
