Everything we feel is invisible to the naked eye. The way windmills catch the wind and makes it go in constant motion is a beautiful way to say that life goes up and down. When it’s down, you feel like you’ll stay there forever. It’s heavy, draining and feels like burden. You don’t have any focus, you have no motivation, you don’t have the energy, nothing excites you anymore. These are the moments you need to be extra kind to yourself and always know that these moments will come. But then life goes up and everything feels lighter again. Nothing is permanent and life is constantly in motion.
