”Wholeness” is a collection about a deep knowing that you’re whole just as you are.

For a long time, I felt a constant need to "improve" myself until I realized that ambition wasn't really about growth at all. It was a coping mechanism rooted in a quiet belief that I was somehow broken.

Wholeness means accepting yourself exactly as you are, and letting your well-being in body, mind, and heart matter more than any achievement or external expectation.

So many of us have learned to feel whole only under certain conditions: when we're productive, agreeable, useful, hardworking, or successful. But worthiness is not something to be earned through constant doing.

Wholeness was never meant to be conditional like that. You don't have to achieve, perform, or please your way into being whole. You already are, and always have been.
